About Morgan

Morgan is a Managing Director at ECP, where he focuses on equity investments in high-growth, innovative businesses. With more than 15 years of experience in private markets, Morgan has built a robust track record across venture capital, growth equity, and lower middle market buyouts and has served on the boards of more than a dozen private companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to >$50 million EBITDA businesses. Previously, Morgan held investment roles at Juna Equity Partners and GE Equity, managing large portfolios and leading strategic initiatives. He began his career as a U.S. Army artillery officer, earning the Bronze Star during a combat deployment, and later worked at the SEC before completing his MBA at NYU Stern.

Morgan lives in New York with his wife and two children and serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and certified ice water and swift water rescue technician.
