Chrissy is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at ECP Growth, where she supports the firm’s partners and operations, ensuring an organized and collaborative environment. With over 20 years of administrative experience, she has worked at hedge funds and private equity firms in New York City, Connecticut, and Los Angeles.
Chrissy studied Psychology at Syracuse University and is known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting high-performing teams. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering for her New York sports teams and the Orange, and bringing energy and positivity to every environment she’s in.
