About Jeff

Jeff is a Director at ECP Growth, where he partners with both B2B and B2C companies that are solving critical problems and creating lasting impact for their customers. With a background spanning both operating and finance roles at firms like Bloomberg and Jefferies, he brings a well-rounded perspective to evaluating growth opportunities and helping portfolio companies navigate key inflection points. He is driven by a deep curiosity about how products and technologies can disrupt the status quo – and by being part of high-performing teams, a mindset he first developed as a Division I student-athlete.

Jeff holds an MBA from London Business School and resides in Connecticut with his wife and two young children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling – especially to places off the beaten path – and cheering enthusiastically for Boston sports teams.
