About Soeren
Soeren is the Fund Controller at Emil Capital Partners, where he is responsible for the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance across all of the firm’s investment entities. With a background in public accounting and deep expertise in fund operations, he plays a critical role in ensuring the firm’s financial accuracy and transparency. His work supports the operational backbone of the firm and enables strategic decision-making at every level. Before joining Emil Capital, Soeren built his career in public accounting, where he learned to bring a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to every challenge, along with a reputation for precision and clarity in high-stakes environments.
Known internally for his dry sense of humor and memorable storytelling, Soeren helps translate complex technical issues into practical, actionable insights. He lives in Connecticut with his family.
