About Melissa

Melissa Houston is Finance Director at ECP Growth Partners, where she oversees all aspects of accounting, tax, and investor reporting. She brings deep expertise in managing closed-ended funds, shaped by her experience at leading firms including Fortress Investment Group and Paulson & Co.

Melissa began her career at KPMG in Düsseldorf, Germany, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She lives in Connecticut with her family and enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and seeing live music in her free time.
